Hello, I am the owner of Covenant Training and Consulting. I have been employed in the substance use disorder (SUD) prevention and treatment profession for twelve (12) years. I earned a Master of Science degree in Addiction Counseling, I am a Certified Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselor, and a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

In the course of my career, I have been employed in various treatments and governmental settings, providing program oversight, community education, and advocacy. I have served as Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, and Legislative Chair for the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP). I am a part-time trainer for the University of California at Davis for Continuing and Professional Education, a contracted trainer of child welfare social workers through Central California Training Academy (California State University, Fresno Foundation), and have been employed Adjunct Professor in Criminology at California State University, Fresno.

I find my passion in helping people access SUD services and educating the public on the topic of substance use, misuse, and addiction to promote the safety, health, and general welfare of individuals, families, organizations, and communities.
